Buildings and Contents Insurance generally speaks for itself.
Buildings insurance covers the structure of the building, plus
permanent fixtures and fittings such as baths, fitted
kitchens etc. Buildings policies usually include outbuildings
garages, garden sheds etc and is usually the reponsibility of the
